Our Journey
18 Years of Dedication
Established in 2007, People with Hearing Impaired Network (PHIN) is a voluntary, non-profit organization managed by persons with hearing impairment.
Founded by Mrs. V. Janaki, a speech and hearing impaired woman herself, PHIN was born from a passion to erase discrimination and provide quality education to the marginalized. Starting with just a few children, we have grown into a movement that champions the rights of the disabled.
